Who runs it

Dawnpipe is built and run by Alijah Skinner, based in Illinois, USA. It is a small, independent company — when you email support, a person reads it and answers.

Straight answers on billing

• 7-day free trial on every plan. A card is required so we know you run a real business, but nothing is charged until day 8.
• Cancel in one click, inside the app. The cancel button is never hidden behind a phone call, a chat queue, or a retention script.
• No overage charges, ever. When a plan allowance runs out, the extra work pauses — it is never silently billed.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

How we treat the people your AI talks to

• Every call opens by saying it is an AI receptionist, on a recorded line where recording is on.
• Automated cold calling of strangers is not a feature and will not become one — an AI voice is an "artificial voice" under the TCPA, so Dawnpipe only calls people who asked to be called back, with their consent stored.
• Every outreach email includes the business's mailing address and a working unsubscribe link, and opt-outs are honored permanently across email and phone.
• Spam callers get filtered out — and filtered calls never count against a customer's minutes.
