By direct transfer — Zelle, PayPal, whatever we agree — paid monthly on the commission that's been collected. You tell us your payout handle; we never need your bank login. You're a 1099 contractor, so you handle your own taxes (and we'll issue a 1099 if you earn $600+ in a year), which is why we need a W-9 before the first payout.
